02 February, 2015

Lord Mayor Graham Quirk is encouraging Brisbane artists to discuss their work and connect to Asian culture at this year’s Yum Chat event on Tuesday 17 February from 6pm to 8pm at Metro Arts.

The Lord Mayor said the event will provide an exciting opportunity for Brisbane creatives to connect with some of Brisbane’s best emerging and experienced Asian creative artists.

“Yum Chat is an informal networking and conversation event for Brisbane’s emerging creatives encompassing panel discussions, performance and Asian cuisine,” Cr Quirk said.

“Yum Chat provides a platform for Asian-Australian artists, producers and creatives to share ideas and discuss opportunities and challenges.
